About This Role

Tile Health is seeking a VP of Sales, Enterprise to lead the team responsible for the company’s highest-value customer segment. This executive will build and scale the enterprise sales organization-hiring top talent, establishing sales processes, and driving predictable, repeatable revenue growth from large health system and IDN accounts. The VP of Sales reports to the CRO and partners closely with marketing, product, and customer success leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of enterprise account executives, solutions engineers, and deal desk resources
  • Establish and refine the enterprise sales playbook including deal qualification, competitive positioning, and multi-thread engagement strategies
  • Own the enterprise revenue target and deliver accurate quarterly forecasting to the CRO and board
  • Design compensation plans and territory structures that incentivize strategic account growth and new logo acquisition
  • Partner with marketing to develop enterprise-specific demand generation programs and account-based strategies
  • Build executive relationships with key strategic accounts and participate in high-stakes deal negotiations as an executive sponsor

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology, with at least 4 years in a VP or senior sales leadership role
  • Track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams from early stage through $50M+ ARR
  • Deep network of relationships with health system C-suite executives nationally
  • Experience implementing and coaching on structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Command of the Message)
  • Strong operational rigor with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal review cadences

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading sales through a company’s transition from founder-led sales to a scalable sales organization
  • Background in selling platform or data analytics solutions to health systems
  • Familiarity with value-based care contracting and its influence on health system technology investment priorities
  • Experience managing channel or partner sales motions alongside direct enterprise selling
