Tile Health is seeking a VP of Product to lead the product organization through its next phase of growth. This executive will own the company-wide product strategy, balancing investments across provider tools, patient experience, data analytics, and platform capabilities. The VP of Product will report to the CEO and work as a peer to the CTO, CMO, and SVP of Sales to ensure that product investments drive measurable clinical and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the company-wide product vision and multi-year strategic roadmap to the board, executive team, and organization
- Lead and develop a product management team across multiple product lines, setting goals, managing performance, and fostering career growth
- Establish product development processes and prioritization frameworks that maximize value delivery and engineering efficiency
- Drive product-led growth strategies including self-serve adoption, expansion triggers, and product-qualified leads
- Build relationships with key health system customers, serving as an executive-level product advocate in strategic accounts
- Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into an actionable product strategy
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in a VP or equivalent executive role
- Deep domain expertise in healthcare technology with a track record of shipping products used by health systems or payers
- Experience leading product organizations of 10+ people across multiple product lines
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to make difficult prioritization trade-offs and communicate the rationale clearly
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, particularly in partnering with engineering, design, sales, and clinical teams
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling a product organization through rapid company growth (Series B through pre-IPO)
- Background in clinical informatics, data analytics, or interoperability products
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Speaking engagements or thought leadership at healthcare industry conferences
