Visual Designer - Brand & Marketing

About This Role

Tile Health is building a brand that resonates with health system executives, clinicians, and patients alike. The Visual Designer for Brand & Marketing will craft everything from campaign visuals and conference materials to social media content and website pages. This role requires a strong aesthetic sensibility, an ability to distill complex health-tech narratives into visual stories, and the versatility to work across print and digital mediums.

What You'll Do

• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns including digital ads, email templates, social media graphics, and landing pages
• Design conference booth graphics, printed collateral, and presentation decks for sales and executive teams
• Evolve and maintain Tile Health’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency of typography, color, illustration, and photography usage
• Collaborate with the content team to design data-driven infographics and research report layouts that translate complex health data
• Produce motion graphics for product demos and promotional videos

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of visual design experience in a brand, marketing, or agency setting
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design with a polished, modern aesthetic
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Basic motion design skills using After Effects or similar tools

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code web design tools
• Illustration or iconography skills for custom visual assets
