About This Role
Attracting and retaining top talent in health-tech requires a compelling total rewards package. The Total Rewards Analyst will manage Tile Health’s compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and equity program operations. You will analyze market data, model compensation scenarios, and ensure that our rewards philosophy is consistently applied across the organization-helping every employee understand and value the full breadth of their compensation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct compensation benchmarking analyses using market survey data (Radford, Mercer, Pave) to ensure competitive positioning across all roles
- Administer the equity compensation program including grant processing, vesting schedules, and employee education on stock option mechanics
- Manage annual benefits enrollment and ongoing benefits administration, partnering with brokers to evaluate plan design and cost optimization
- Support the annual compensation review cycle by preparing merit increase and promotion adjustment recommendations
- Build compensation models and scenario analyses to support headcount planning and new hire offer decisions
- Develop total rewards communication materials that help employees understand the full value of their compensation package
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, or total rewards at a technology company
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency for compensation modeling and data analysis
- Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and survey participation (Radford, Mercer, Payscale, or Pave)
- Knowledge of equity compensation structures (stock options, RSUs) and their tax implications
- Understanding of pay equity principles and experience conducting pay equity audits
Nice to Have
- CCP or CBP certification from WorldatWork
- Experience administering equity programs at a venture-backed startup
- Familiarity with multi-state pay transparency laws and compliance requirements
- Background in benefits design for healthcare-adjacent organizations
