About This Role

The Talent Sourcer will be the top of the hiring funnel, identifying and engaging talented people who can help Tile Health grow responsibly.

What You'll Do

  • Source candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Craft compelling outreach that reflects the Tile Health mission
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles
  • Partner with recruiters to move candidates through the process

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills
  • Organized and persistent approach to pipeline building
  • Good judgment about candidate fit

Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing technical talent
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and automation
