About This Role
Tile Health is at an inflection point in its growth trajectory, and the Strategic Finance Manager will serve as a trusted thought partner to the CFO and executive team. This role sits between FP&A and corporate development, tackling questions like market sizing for new product lines, build-vs-buy analyses, pricing strategy optimization, and fundraising preparation. If you thrive on ambiguous, high-stakes problems at the intersection of finance and strategy, this is your role.
What You'll Do
- Build long-range financial models (3-5 year) that project unit economics, market penetration, and capital requirements under multiple scenarios
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market sizing analyses to inform product expansion and go-to-market strategy
- Develop board-level financial materials including investor presentations, KPI dashboards, and business performance narratives
- Evaluate potential M&A targets and strategic partnerships through financial due diligence and valuation analysis
- Partner with product and sales leadership to model pricing strategies and contract structures that optimize LTV/CAC ratios
- Support capital raise processes by preparing data rooms, financial models, and management presentations for investors
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build flexible, assumption-driven models from scratch
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, LTV, CAC, payback period) and how they apply to health-tech business models
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear executive narratives
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health services investing
- Prior involvement in Series B+ fundraising or IPO preparation processes
- Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement economics and their impact on SaaS pricing
- SQL proficiency for self-serve data analysis
