About This Role

The Solutions Consultant will partner with account executives to earn trust with practices, translating their needs into a clear picture of how Tile Health delivers value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead demos and technical discovery with prospective practices
  • Map practice workflows to Tile Health capabilities
  • Address technical, clinical, and compliance questions
  • Support smooth handoff to onboarding after close

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Strong presentation and discovery skills
  • Comfort in a fast-paced sales environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with EHRs or healthcare workflows
  • Understanding of medical billing
