About This Role
Reliability is a feature in healthcare. The SRE will own the practices and tooling that keep our platform highly available and observable.
What You'll Do
- Own observability, alerting, and incident response practices
- Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems
- Automate infrastructure and reduce operational toil
- Partner with engineering teams on production readiness
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Experience operating production systems on a major cloud
- Strong scripting and automation skills
- Solid understanding of monitoring and incident response
Nice to Have
- Experience with HIPAA or SOC 2 environments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
