Senior Technical Recruiter

Tile Health’s mission attracts exceptional technical talent, but competition for engineers and data scientists in the Bay Area and beyond is fierce. The Senior Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, and AI roles-from crafting sourcing strategies to closing candidates and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build diverse, high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data engineering, data science, and ML engineering positions
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines across passive and active channels
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and design effective interview loops
• Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive impression of Tile Health
• Track and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, and source effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on software engineering and data roles
• Demonstrated success closing candidates in competitive technology markets (Bay Area, NYC, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines and the ability to have credible conversations about technology stacks and career paths
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Hiretual)
• Track record of building diverse candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, particularly for competitive offer scenarios

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for healthcare technology or health-tech companies
• Familiarity with data science, ML engineering, and clinical informatics skill profiles
• Background in recruiting for regulated industries where security clearance or compliance vetting is required
