Senior ML Engineer, Risk Models

About This Role

Risk stratification determines which patients need attention first. As a Senior ML Engineer, you will own the models that turn clinical and claims data into actionable prioritization for our care teams.

What You'll Do

• Design, train, and deploy predictive risk models on clinical and claims data
• Own the full model lifecycle from feature engineering through monitoring in production
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to validate model behavior and fairness
• Improve model performance and reliability through rigorous experimentation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years building and shipping ML models in production
• Strong Python and experience with modern ML frameworks
• Solid grounding in statistics, evaluation, and model monitoring
• Experience working with sensitive or regulated data

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare or claims data
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling and feature stores
