About This Role

The Sales Development Representative is the front line of Tile Health’s go-to-market engine. You will research target organizations, conduct outbound outreach to clinical and technology decision-makers, and qualify inbound leads to set meetings for the account executive team. This role is an accelerated learning opportunity in healthcare technology sales, with a clear career path to a closing role for high performers.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting clinical and IT leaders at health systems and payer organizations
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads by conducting discovery conversations and assessing fit against ideal customer profile criteria
  • Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders, organizational priorities, and potential use cases for Tile Health’s platform
  • Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for account executives, preparing detailed discovery notes and account context
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and lead interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and lead quality

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development at a B2B technology company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage director and VP-level contacts
  • Curiosity about healthcare technology and motivation to learn the health system buyer landscape
  • Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Resilient and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting activity and pipeline metrics

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare or health-tech sales environment
  • Familiarity with account-based selling strategies and multi-threading techniques
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, health administration, or a related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency for engaging with health systems in diverse markets
