About This Role
Tile Health’s enterprise products serve large health systems and integrated delivery networks with unique procurement processes and value drivers. The Product Marketing Manager for Enterprise will craft compelling positioning, build sales enablement assets, and orchestrate product launches that resonate with sophisticated healthcare buyers. You will be the voice of the market inside the organization, synthesizing competitive intelligence and customer insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop product positioning and messaging frameworks for enterprise offerings, differentiating Tile Health from incumbent health IT vendors
- Create sales enablement materials including battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, and ROI calculators tailored to enterprise buyer personas
- Plan and execute product launches coordinating across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Conduct win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence research to inform product roadmap and sales strategy
- Present at industry conferences, webinars, and customer advisory boards to evangelize Tile Health’s enterprise capabilities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise technology, with at least 2 years in healthcare IT
- Demonstrated success launching products and enabling enterprise sales teams to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong messaging and copywriting skills with the ability to articulate technical differentiation in business terms
- Experience conducting competitive analysis and translating findings into actionable sales tools
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills for conferences and customer-facing engagements
- Familiarity with the health system IT landscape including major EHR vendors, population health platforms, and analytics competitors
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to health system C-suite (CIO, CMO, CFO) buyers
- Background in clinical data analytics, interoperability, or value-based care solutions
- Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance certification
