Product Manager, Patient Engagement

Patient engagement drives better outcomes and program success. The Product Manager will own the experiences that make it easy and rewarding for patients to stay engaged.

What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for patient engagement experiences
• Use research and data to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Partner with design and engineering to deliver features
• Measure engagement and outcomes to guide the roadmap

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in product management
• Experience building consumer-grade experiences
• Strong user empathy and data fluency
• Clear communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or digital health
• Familiarity with behavior change or engagement design
