Product Designer, Patient Experience

About This Role

Patients interacting with Tile Health are often managing complex conditions. The Product Designer for Patient Experience will craft flows that reduce friction and build trust at every step.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end patient-facing flows across web and mobile
• Conduct research to understand patient needs and validate designs
• Partner with engineering to ship polished, accessible experiences
• Contribute to and evolve the design system

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Strength in interaction and visual design
• Experience designing for accessibility and diverse audiences
• Fluency with modern design tools such as Figma

Nice to Have

• Experience designing healthcare or regulated products
• Familiarity with designing for older adults
