Privacy Counsel

About This Role

Privacy is central to trust in healthcare. The Privacy Counsel will advise teams across the company on handling sensitive data responsibly and compliantly.

What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering on privacy-by-design and data handling
• Maintain privacy policies, notices, and data processing agreements
• Support BAAs and vendor privacy reviews
• Monitor evolving privacy regulations and update practices accordingly

What We're Looking For

• JD and active bar membership
• 4+ years of privacy or healthcare regulatory experience
• Deep familiarity with HIPAA and US privacy law
• Ability to give practical, business-minded guidance

Nice to Have

• Privacy certification such as CIPP
• Experience at a health-tech company
