What You'll Do
- Build and maintain internal tools and shared platform services
- Improve developer and operator productivity through tooling
- Ensure internal systems are secure and access-controlled
- Partner with teams to understand and prioritize their needs
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building internal tools or platform services
- Strong understanding of APIs, auth, and access control
- A pragmatic, user-focused approach to tooling
Nice to Have
- Experience with admin tooling in regulated environments
- Familiarity with workflow automation
