About This Role

Enrollment is the first experience patients have with Tile Health, and it sets the tone for the entire relationship. The Patient Enrollment Team Lead will coach a growing team to enroll patients with empathy, clarity, and consistency.

What You'll Do

  • Coach and manage a team of enrollment specialists, monitoring call quality and conversion
  • Refine enrollment scripts and objection handling in partnership with clinical leadership
  • Track daily enrollment targets and report progress to care operations leadership
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth handoff to care management

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in patient outreach, call center, or enrollment roles with 1+ year leading a team
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Comfort working toward quantitative targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM or outreach tooling

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or Medicare program experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
