MLOps Engineer

About This Role

The MLOps Engineer will make machine learning at Tile Health repeatable and production-grade. Your work shortens the path from experiment to reliable clinical impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines for ML models
• Implement model versioning, reproducibility, and rollback capabilities
• Add observability for model performance, drift, and data quality
• Partner with ML engineers to streamline their workflow

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years in ML infrastructure, platform, or DevOps for ML
• Strong Python and experience with containerization and CI/CD
• Experience deploying models to production on a major cloud
• Understanding of monitoring and reliability practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with feature stores and model registries
• Familiarity with regulated data environments
