- Serve as the clinical voice in model development, ensuring training data and label definitions reflect sound medical judgment
- Represent Tile Health in external forums including ONC, AMA, and Coalition for Health AI working groups
- Author internal policies on responsible AI use, model transparency, and clinician override safeguards

- 5+ years of post-residency clinical practice with direct patient care experience
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical AI, algorithmic fairness, or health equity research
- Familiarity with FDA regulatory pathways for software as a medical device (SaMD)
- Strong publication record or public scholarship in AI ethics, clinical informatics, or patient safety
Nice to Have

- Experience testifying or advising government bodies on health AI regulation
- Hands-on experience reviewing or developing machine learning models in a clinical context
