About This Role
As Tile Health grows, investing in employee development is critical to maintaining technical excellence and mission alignment. The Learning & Development Manager will create programs that span technical upskilling, healthcare domain education, leadership development, and new manager training. You will build a culture of continuous learning that helps employees grow their careers while deepening the collective expertise of the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that ramp new hires on Tile Health’s products, healthcare domain, and organizational culture
- Develop management and leadership training curricula including new manager bootcamp, feedback skills, and executive coaching programs
- Create healthcare domain education modules that build fluency in clinical workflows, health data concepts, and regulatory requirements
- Build a mentorship program that connects junior employees with senior leaders across the organization
- Evaluate learning program effectiveness through assessment scores, participant feedback, and business outcome correlation
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and curate external learning resources aligned with career development paths
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent management
- Proven track record of designing and delivering programs that measurably improve employee performance and engagement
- Strong instructional design skills with experience creating blended learning experiences (live, virtual, self-paced)
- Excellent facilitation skills for leading workshops, training sessions, and executive development programs
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or technology organizations
- Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent)
- Background in building healthcare compliance training programs (HIPAA, harassment prevention)
- Familiarity with competency modeling and skills-based talent management frameworks
