FP&A Analyst - Revenue Cycle

About This Role

Tile Health’s platform touches every stage of the healthcare revenue cycle, from charge capture to claims adjudication and payment posting. The FP&A Analyst for Revenue Cycle will build financial models that track revenue cycle KPIs, forecast cash flows, and identify opportunities for operational improvement. You will work closely with both the finance team and clinical operations to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain revenue cycle financial models that forecast collections, denial rates, days in AR, and net revenue
• Analyze trends in claims denial and underpayment to identify root causes and quantify financial impact
• Prepare monthly revenue cycle performance reports for finance leadership and clinical operations stakeholders
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes with detailed revenue cycle assumptions
• Develop scenario analyses to evaluate the financial impact of payer contract changes and reimbursement rate shifts

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or revenue cycle analytics experience in healthcare
• Advanced Excel skills including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle metrics (clean claim rate, denial rate, days in AR, net collection rate)
• Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare billing systems (Athenahealth, Waystar, or Availity)
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and payer reimbursement methodologies
• SQL proficiency for ad-hoc data analysis
