About This Role

The Southeast is home to some of the largest and fastest-growing health systems in the United States. The Enterprise Account Executive for the Southeast will manage strategic pursuits with flagship health systems, academic medical centers, and integrated delivery networks. These are high-value, multi-year engagements that require executive-level relationship building, complex deal structuring, and deep understanding of enterprise health system priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts in the Southeast region with individual deal sizes ranging from $500K to $5M+ ARR
  • Build and maintain executive relationships (C-suite, SVP, VP) at target health systems through strategic outreach, industry events, and executive briefings
  • Orchestrate complex deal cycles involving clinical evaluation committees, IT security assessments, legal review, and board-level approvals
  • Develop comprehensive account plans that map stakeholders, identify champions, and align Tile Health’s capabilities with health system strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering, clinical operations, and customer success to design implementation plans and service-level commitments
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with at least 3 years closing deals over $500K ARR in healthcare
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Strong network of relationships with health system executives in the Southeast
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar)
  • Excellent negotiation skills for structuring multi-year enterprise agreements with variable pricing components

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to academic medical centers or large IDNs (HCA, Ascension, Atrium, Emory, etc.)
  • Background in clinical analytics, population health, or revenue cycle technology
  • Familiarity with health system capital budgeting and IT governance processes
  • Experience managing RFP/RFI response processes for enterprise healthcare procurements
