About This Role

Integrations are how Tile Health plugs into existing clinical workflows. The Engineering Manager will grow and lead the team responsible for reliable, secure connections to partner systems.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow a team of integration engineers
  • Own the roadmap and delivery for EHR and health system integrations
  • Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and maintainable
  • Partner with product and partnerships on onboarding new integrations

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of engineering management plus a strong engineering background
  • Experience delivering complex integration or platform work
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to balance delivery with technical quality

Nice to Have

  • Experience with EHR integrations, HL7, or FHIR
  • Background in healthcare interoperability
