The Director of Product for Provider Tools will own the strategy and roadmap for these mission-critical products, working at the intersection of clinical need and technical feasibility. This is a leadership role that requires deep empathy for clinical users and the strategic acumen to prioritize across a complex stakeholder landscape.
What You'll Do

- Conduct ongoing discovery with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to understand clinical workflow pain points and unmet needs
- Lead a team of product managers, providing mentorship, strategic guidance, and career development support
- Partner with engineering, design, and clinical operations to deliver high-impact features on a consistent release cadence
- Define and track product success metrics including clinician adoption, task completion time, and clinical outcome improvements
- Represent the product to external stakeholders including health system partners, advisory boards, and industry conferences
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years leading product teams in healthcare technology
- Deep domain expertise in clinical workflows, provider experience, and health system IT procurement processes
- Track record of shipping products that clinicians actively use and advocate for
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance long-term vision with near-term delivery
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
Nice to Have
- Clinical background or significant time spent embedded in clinical environments
- Experience with clinical decision support systems, CPOE, or clinical documentation tools
- Familiarity with clinical quality measurement and value-based care incentive structures
- MBA or MHA in addition to technical or clinical background
