About This Role
Tile Health’s demand generation program must reach a highly targeted audience of health system executives and clinical leaders. The Director of Demand Generation will build and optimize the full-funnel strategy-from awareness through marketing-qualified pipeline-using a mix of digital, ABM, events, and partner channels. This role requires deep expertise in B2B demand generation, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to align marketing investments with revenue outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns spanning paid digital, content syndication, webinars, email nurture, and account-based programs
- Build and manage the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and intent data platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora)
- Establish lead scoring models and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes in close collaboration with the sales development team
- Manage demand generation budget, optimizing spend allocation based on channel-level CAC and pipeline contribution
- Report on marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue attribution to executive leadership
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a team
- Track record of building marketing-sourced pipeline in enterprise or mid-market B2B technology companies
- Deep expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies and intent data tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing attribution modeling and funnel analytics
- Experience marketing to healthcare decision-makers (CIO, CMO, VP-level) is strongly preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare technology or health IT marketing
- Familiarity with healthcare industry events (HIMSS, ViVE, HLTH) as demand generation channels
- Background in managing SDR teams or close collaboration with inside sales
