About This Role

Tile Health partners with leading health systems to deploy AI-powered clinical tools that improve patient outcomes and reduce operational costs. The Director of Clinical Partnerships will own the end-to-end relationship lifecycle-from initial outreach through long-term account expansion. This is a senior leadership role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring deep knowledge of health system operations and value-based care models.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close partnership agreements with health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers
  • Build and maintain C-suite relationships with CMOs, CIOs, and VP-level stakeholders at partner organizations
  • Develop joint value propositions that articulate measurable ROI in clinical quality, patient engagement, and cost reduction
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical operations to deliver on partnership commitments
  • Establish governance structures and quarterly business reviews for strategic accounts
  • Track partnership KPIs and present performance reports to Tile Health executive leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or health system consulting
  • Demonstrated track record of closing multi-year enterprise agreements with health systems
  • Deep understanding of health system economics, including fee-for-service and value-based reimbursement models
  • Experience navigating complex procurement cycles involving legal, compliance, and IT security review
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate across clinical and technical stakeholders
  • MBA or advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of senior relationships at large IDNs or academic medical centers
  • Familiarity with digital health regulatory landscape including FDA SaMD guidance
  • Experience scaling partnership programs at a growth-stage health-tech company
  • Background in population health management or risk-bearing entity operations
