Director of Care Operations

About This Role

The Director of Care Operations will lead the teams and systems that deliver monthly chronic care management to tens of thousands of patients. This is a senior operating role for a leader who thrives on building repeatable, measurable processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead care coordination and enrollment teams, setting service-level targets and staffing plans
• Design and continuously improve operational workflows to support enrollment growth
• Partner with product and engineering to translate operational needs into tooling improvements
• Own key operating metrics including enrollment rate, monthly completion rate, and patient satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of operations leadership, with 3+ years managing teams in healthcare delivery
• Track record of scaling service operations while maintaining quality
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with operating dashboards
• Experience partnering with clinical and technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience in care management, telehealth, or value-based care operations
• Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
