About This Role
The Detection & Response Engineer will build the monitoring, detection, and response practices that protect our systems and data around the clock.
What You'll Do
- Build and tune detections across systems and cloud
- Lead investigation and response for security events
- Improve response playbooks and automation
- Partner with engineering to reduce risk
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in security operations, detection, or incident response
- Experience with SIEM and cloud security monitoring
- Strong understanding of attacker techniques
- Calm, structured approach to incidents
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
- Familiarity with detection-as-code practices
