What You'll Do
- Establish and improve design processes, rituals, and tooling
- Manage design team planning, resourcing, and project intake
- Maintain the design system and asset libraries in partnership with designers
- Track and report on design team throughput and impact
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in design operations, program management, or related roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience supporting cross-functional creative teams
- Fluency with design and project management tools
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with design systems governance
