  • Implement and optimize financial systems (ERP, billing, expense management) to support operational scaling
  • Supervise and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting performance goals and providing mentorship

What We're Looking For

  • CPA with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS contracts
  • Experience managing financial operations at a growth-stage technology company ($20M-$200M revenue)
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar) and advanced Excel
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing accounting teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare technology or digital health revenue models
  • Big Four public accounting experience
  • Familiarity with equity compensation accounting and cap table management
