About This Role
Tile Health’s content must resonate with a sophisticated audience-CMOs, CIOs, and clinical leaders who are deeply knowledgeable about the healthcare landscape. The Content Strategist for Healthcare will craft compelling narratives that translate complex clinical and technical concepts into accessible, authoritative content. You will own the editorial calendar and content pipeline across blog, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership programs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar that aligns content themes with product launches, industry events, and buyer journey stages
- Write and edit long-form content including whitepapers, research reports, and blog posts on topics such as value-based care, clinical AI, and interoperability
- Interview subject matter experts-internal clinicians, data scientists, and customers-to produce credible thought leadership content
- Optimize content for SEO, implementing keyword strategies that capture high-intent search traffic from health system buyers
- Collaborate with demand generation to create gated content assets that support lead capture and nurture programs
- Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and iterate the strategy based on data
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of content strategy or content marketing experience in B2B technology, with at least 2 years in healthcare
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical topics for executive audiences
- Strong understanding of the health system buying process and the concerns of clinical and IT decision-makers
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Clearscope) and content management systems (WordPress, Contentful, or similar)
- Proven ability to manage an editorial calendar and deliver high-quality content on a consistent schedule
Nice to Have
- Background in clinical practice, health administration, or health policy
- Experience producing content for HIMSS, HLTH, or similar healthcare conferences
- Familiarity with account-based marketing content strategies
- Portfolio of published healthcare technology content with measurable business impact
