Content Designer / UX Writer

About This Role

Great content design is invisible and essential. The Content Designer will own the voice and clarity of our product experiences, from onboarding to error states.

What You'll Do

• Write and refine product copy across onboarding, flows, and notifications
• Establish and maintain voice, tone, and content guidelines
• Partner with designers and researchers to test and improve content
• Simplify complex clinical and billing concepts for patients and providers

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in content design or UX writing with a strong portfolio
• Ability to write clearly for varied audiences
• Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams
• Comfort working from research and data

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with content design systems
