Compliance Analyst, HIPAA

About This Role

The Compliance Analyst will help operationalize compliance across the company, from evidence collection to policy management, keeping us continuously audit-ready.

What You'll Do

• Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and evidence
• Support HIPAA and SOC 2 readiness and audits
• Track and follow up on compliance tasks across teams
• Assist with risk assessments and vendor reviews

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in compliance, audit, or risk roles
• Familiarity with HIPAA and common security frameworks
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and follow-through

Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC 2 or HITRUST
• Background in healthcare or SaaS compliance
