About This Role
Quality is the foundation of trust with our provider partners. The Clinical Quality Analyst will build the reporting and audit processes that keep our care programs clinically sound and audit-ready at scale.
What You'll Do
- Audit care management documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program requirements
- Track clinical quality metrics and prepare monthly quality reports for leadership and partners
- Identify trends in patient outcomes and recommend workflow improvements to the care team
- Support internal readiness for external audits and payer reviews
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in nursing, public health, or a related clinical field
- 2+ years in clinical quality, care management, or health data analysis
- Familiarity with quality frameworks such as HEDIS or CMS quality measures
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards
Nice to Have
- Experience with SQL or BI tools for quality reporting
- Certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ or similar)
