About This Role

The Clinical Data Analyst will be the analytical partner to our clinical and operations teams, turning raw data into insight that improves patient outcomes and program performance.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze clinical and operational data to answer questions from care and product teams
  • Build ad hoc analyses and recurring reports on program outcomes
  • Collaborate with analytics engineering to improve underlying datasets
  • Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in data analysis, ideally in healthcare
  • Strong SQL and comfort with a scripting language such as Python or R
  • Ability to translate ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with clinical terminologies and claims data
  • Experience with statistical analysis
