About This Role
The BI Developer will build the reporting layer that operators, finance, and leadership rely on every day. You will make data approachable and decisions data-driven.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for teams across the company
- Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements
- Ensure reports are accurate, performant, and easy to understand
- Promote self-serve analytics through documentation and training
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in business intelligence or data analytics
- Strong SQL and hands-on experience with a BI platform
- Ability to translate business questions into clear visualizations
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare operations reporting
- Familiarity with data modeling best practices
