About This Role
The Billing Operations Specialist will run the day-to-day of claim submission and follow-up, turning documented care into paid claims for our partners.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and submit claims accurately and on schedule
- Investigate and resolve denials and rejections
- Reconcile payments and flag discrepancies
- Partner with care operations to close documentation gaps
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with claims, denials, and payer processes
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort working in billing systems
Nice to Have
- Experience with Medicare billing
- Knowledge of chronic care management codes
