Analytics Engineer, Care Insights

About This Role

Clean, well-modeled data is the backbone of every decision at Tile Health. The Analytics Engineer will build the transformation layer that makes analytics fast, reliable, and self-serve.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain data models and transformations in the warehouse
• Partner with analysts and operators to define clear, reusable metrics
• Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and monitoring
• Optimize query performance and warehouse cost

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Strong SQL and experience with a modern transformation framework such as dbt
• Experience with cloud data warehouses
• A pragmatic approach to data modeling and documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or regulated data environments
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Metabase
