About This Role

Tile Health’s platform delivers measurable improvements in clinical quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance for health systems. The Account Executive for Health Systems will own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. You will sell to clinical and technology leaders at health systems, navigating complex buying committees and demonstrating the tangible value of Tile Health’s solutions in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market health system accounts in the assigned territory
  • Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with CMOs, CIOs, VP-level, and director-level stakeholders at target health systems
  • Develop and present customized proposals that quantify the clinical and financial ROI of Tile Health’s platform
  • Navigate complex procurement processes involving IT security reviews, clinical governance committees, and legal negotiations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in Salesforce and provide weekly deal updates to sales leadership
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering and clinical operations to deliver compelling product demonstrations

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to health systems, hospitals, or large provider organizations
  • Strong understanding of health system organizational structures and buying processes
  • Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Solution Selling)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for clinical and executive audiences

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships with health system leaders in the Midwest region
  • Experience selling clinical analytics, population health, or EHR-adjacent solutions
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and their impact on health system technology priorities
  • Background in healthcare consulting or clinical operations
